Canadian Tire invites families in Quebec to have their child safety seat installed or inspected, free of charge, on Saturday, September 6, 2014, from 10 am to 4 pm.

The Réseau de vérification de sièges d'auto 2013 activity report shows that two-thirds of safety seats for newborns and children are not used properly, while 11% of booster seats are not used properly.

The event strives to create public awareness about proper car seat usage. Public and media are invited to attend.
