TORONTO, July 3, 2018 /CNW/ - Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (TSX: CTC) (TSX: CTC.A) today announced that it has closed a private placement offering of C$650 million aggregate principal amount of unsecured medium term notes, consisting of C$250 million principal amount of 2.646% Series E Unsecured Medium Term Notes due July 6, 2020 and C$400 million principal amount of 3.167% Series F Unsecured Medium Term Notes due July 6, 2023 (collectively, the "Notes"). The Notes are rated "BBB (high)" by DBRS Limited and "BBB+" by S&P Global Ratings. The Notes offering was led by RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets.
