TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Canadian Tire is recalling the Deluxe 6-PC Junior Swim Sets, blue units only (Product # 081-1263) due to non-compliance with Health Canada's Phthalates Regulations which were introduced in June 2011. The affected product was manufactured prior to 2008 and was sold between June and December 2011.

Customers are asked to discontinue using their Deluxe 6-PC Junior Swim Sets (Product # 081-1263) and contact Canadian Tire Customer Relations at 1-800-387-8803 (English) or 1-800-565-3356 (French) to verify if their product is affected by this recall.  Consumers should discontinue using this product immediately and return it to a Canadian Tire Store for reimbursement.
