Coleman Canada and Canadian Tire offer 1000 families the chance to win a free day pass to Ontario's provincial parks

TORONTO, June 1 /CNW/ - What better way for Ontarians to celebrate Canada Day than by experiencing Ontario's natural beauty? Coleman Canada and Canadian Tire are offering 1000 families the chance to win a free family day pass to one of Ontario's 330 provincial parks.

"Canada is internationally known for its natural wonders and we believe that all families should have access to fresh air and the nature that our country has to offer," says Pat Gray, Director of Marketing, Coleman Canada. "Between June 1 and June 7, people can register at www.colemancanada.ca to enter to win one of 1000 free family day passes, valid at any Ontario Provincial Park during the month of July."

"Canadian Tire is known for our recreational solutions that maximize comfort, convenience, value and family time," says Reg McLay, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sourcing Services, Canadian Tire. "In fact, every year, we sell over one million BBQ lighters and equip Canadians with enough tents to sleep over one million people! Today's gear from Coleman, available at Canadian Tire stores across Canada, makes short work of putting up the tent and cooking meals, so you can be a happy camper."

The complementary day parks pass entitles one vehicle and its occupants to enter any Ontario Provincial Park for any one day between July 1 and July 31, 2010. The contest opens at 12:01 am on June 1 and closes at 11:59 pm on June 7, 2010.
