Canadian Tire declares quarterly dividend

    TORONTO, Aug. 9 /CNW/ - Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (CTC, CTC.a)
has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.185 per share on each Common and Class
A Non-Voting share. The dividend is payable December 3, 2007 to Common and
Class A shareholders of record as of October 31, 2007. The dividend is
considered an "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
